What is the turnaround time?
At Fortuna, the expert reviewers in combination with robust SOP's makes it possible for us a shorter TAT.
Yes, for regular requests, 4 Days is all it takes for your summary to be completed, physician-reviewed, and annotated, and will be ready for your perusal.
Rush cases with a 24-hour turnaround time will also be provided for an additional fee.
Bill & Payment
What is your billing process?
No initial payments, you will pay only post-completion of work. An invoice will be delivered to you with the completed files. We accept check payments.
Cost
What’s your cost?
At Fortuna, you will be paying per case and not by the hour. This makes Fortuna the most affordable summary provider in the industry. No hidden costs and no additional costs whatsoever will be charged. We will be happy to share a detailed rate card on request by mail.

The Process
What are the process steps?
Our Executive will provide you with a secure unique ID to upload the case files, to our secure server.
The case files will be reviewed by our expert reviewers and then sent for physician review.
After the physician review the summary will be taken up for quality audit.
The completed files will be uploaded to your secure folder and intimated to you by mail.
You can check and download your Fortuna Summary.
